Elaine Cummins Conveyancing Executive

Elaine Cummins joined Copleys Residential Conveyancing Department in June 2024 having spent the majority of her working life assisting clients to navigate the often complex and fast-paced conveyancing process.

Her extensive knowledge of buying and selling properties has stood her in good stead to be proactive in the process. Elaine is known as a “problem solver” and enjoys working closely with her clients to get to exchange and completion of transactions to their complete satisfaction.

Elaine has worked locally in the Huntingdon and St Ives area of Cambridgeshire  for over nine years but has been undertaking residential conveyancing for over 20 years. She has established an extremely good relationship with local partners and clients involved in the conveyancing process.

Dealing primarily with freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, new build properties, transfers of equity and re-mortgages Elaine enjoys the variety of transactions that she deals with which means that no working day is ever the same.

Elaine is based at our Huntingdon office.
